Polarclad insulation is a complete package finished in colour-bond aluminium that ensures a complete vapour seal of the insulation. All fittings and entry points are neatly flashed off and sealed at all necessary points.

1. Options
We use industry standard 75mm (3") walls and roof with as many variations as desired. Brine storage systems start at 100mm (4") walls and roof with 50mm (2") bases.

2. Extras
We now supply most wineries with a high-density foam base in 25mm (1"), which covers the concrete plynth, eliminating the need to spread sand and to insulate the bottom of the tank.

3. Aluminium
We use all aluminium rivets so there is no rusting, the aluminium sheeting is 3004 H34 and can also have a sheet of colour-bond steel around the base to protect from knocks and bumps.
